Our Story
Mike Sullivan started FreshAir Comfort with a single truck, a toolbox, and a simple idea: treat every home like it's your own. After 15 years working for a national HVAC chain, he'd seen enough shortcuts and upsells to know there was a better way.
Today, FreshAir is a team of 12 technicians and office staff who share that same philosophy. We don't sell you things you don't need. We explain what we find, give you honest options, and let you decide. That approach has earned us over 12,000 completed jobs and a 4.9-star average rating.

Mike Sullivan
Owner & Master Technician
Mike founded FreshAir Comfort in 2008 after 15 years as a lead technician for a national HVAC company. He holds EPA 608 Universal certification and is a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer. When he's not on a job site, he's coaching his daughter's soccer team.
Rosa Gutierrez
Senior Plumber
Rosa brings 12 years of residential and commercial plumbing experience. She specializes in water heater systems and bathroom renovations. Customers consistently request her by name for her thoroughness and clean workmanship.
James Park
HVAC Technician
James joined FreshAir right out of trade school and quickly became one of our most requested technicians. He's especially skilled with ductless mini-split systems and smart thermostat installations. NATE certified in both air conditioning and heat pumps.
Sarah Mitchell
Office Manager
Sarah is the first voice you hear when you call FreshAir. She coordinates scheduling, handles billing, and makes sure every customer has a seamless experience from first call to final invoice. She's been keeping things running smoothly since 2015.
